What happens if power or network goes down?+
If network is lost, the unit will continue to store footage, available when network is restored.
What happens if a visitor isn’t recognized?+
An “unknown visitor” alert is generated automatically. Notifications can be sent by email or viewed in the dashboard.
How long does installation take?+
RackFalcon is designed for fast setup. Most installs take under 30 minutes and require no inbound network access or changes to existing infrastructure.
Where are images stored?+
RackFalcon does not store photos. All images remain with Rhombus.
Do the cameras require inbound access?+
No. Hardware connects outbound only, over standard HTTPS (port 443). No inbound firewall rules or special networking changes are required.
