Built by tenants, for tenants

RackFalcon was built to solve a problem every colo tenant faces: proving who was inside a cabinet, cage, or room — and for how long — without relying on site-level systems.

Traditional physical security tools are designed for whole facilities, not individual tenants, leaving a critical gap in compliance and accountability.

RackFalcon closes that gap.

Multiple sensors verify identity, create Presence Sessions™, and record every entry, exit, and duration in a tamper-proof audit log. Installation takes less than 30 minutes with no firewall changes and no complex integrations.

By combining simplicity with audit-ready controls, RackFalcon gives tenants the assurance enterprises expect — trusted evidence of physical presence, delivered automatically.

Richard spent more than a decade leading physical security at some of the world’s most demanding technology companies, including Cloudflare, Palo Alto Networks, and Uber.

As a colo tenant himself, he ran into the same challenge every tenant faces: how to secure and audit cabinet and cage access when site-level systems weren’t built for tenants at all.

RackFalcon was born out of that frustration — a plug-and-play physical compliance system designed by tenants, for tenants, built around the one thing audits have always needed but the industry never delivered: trusted evidence of real physical presence.
