Camera images (on-site): Images captured by RackFalcon cameras are stored securely in AWS and are automatically deleted after 30 days unless the inviting company has explicitly agreed to longer retention.Visitor profile photo (selfie uploaded via the App): Stored securely in AWS until you replace or delete it. You may remove this photo at any time from within the App or by contacting us.All other personal information is retained only as long as necessary to provide the service.
